Frequently, modellers your country to ask me, about the technology,
which we are to apply.
On this a reason, I am to create this page.
At once I want to tell, that, here, I am to show, technology,
most frequently used for usual model.
As, I want to note, that, majority modellers in ours
the country, is to know how, to do(make) simple details, utillizing
metal-working machine tools.
99 % of models in mine the country are are constructed by arms(hand)
modellers, without usage KIT.
We are only to utillize a different material :
Pine, plywood, balsa, styrofoam, different tree,
the different paper, different synthetic film, flown down
a fiber(filament) a tissue.
We are to utillize much different glue, main(basic) of them is :
calibration epoxy, nitrocelulose glue, white glue,
and much different others.
We are to love, but it is not enough to utillize: balsa, monocote,
cyanoacrylate (CA) glue.
It is very good materials and glue,
but they are very dearly for the majority of us.
The most progressive technology, for today, it is "Sandwich" :
the fiber(filament) a tissue impregnated flown down calibration epoxy glue
+ thin slice from styrofoam (width around 2 millimeters)
+ the fiber(filament) a tissue impregnated flown down calibration epoxy glue
All this is to be included in a matrix, and is to be glued under pressure.
It is composite, but most good technology.
